Limitations#

The first version of Braiins Farm Monitor has a couple of known limitations which will be resolved in the future versions.

• Linux 64bit and ARM 64bit and 32bit are supported,
• Miners running on Braiins OS (version 22.02.2 and newer) and Antminers from the S19 and S17 family running Stock FW are supported,
• There is no GUI for the configuration of Prometheus and Metrics Exporter,
• Stock FW has limited statistics in comparison with Braiins OS. It is a limitation of CGMiner API, not limitation of the Braiins Farm Monitor itself.

Next Steps It is planned for the upcoming release to:

• support Whatsminer M20S, M21S, M30S and M31S running on Stock FW
• support Antminers S9 running on Stock FW
• alerting logic for critical mining triggers
